Conditions of sale

Selling prices are for information purposes only and are in accordance with pricing regulations. The prices are stable but subject to change without notice by the manufacturer. Delivery, between 5 and 15 days in the European Union, three weeks outside European Union from receipt of payment. All reasonable measures will be taken to respect the terms of delivery but no penalties will be accepted nor can orders be cancelled in the event of unforeseen delays. All items are produced with the greatest care.

To ensure their long conservation they must be stored in a dark, dry place at temperatures between 15 to 18° C. In the interest of strict hygiene, products can be neither returned nor exchanged. All items are for external use only and must be used in accordance with directions given by the manufacturer. Complaints must be made in writing to the manufacturer within 5 calendar days from reception. However, in the respect of the regulation of the remote sale, the customer has the right to notify to the PLC Parfums de Namur whom he gives up the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the next day after delivery of the product.

The PLC Parfums de Namur will follow up the renunciation by the customer only if the original packing of the product is intact, and if the product has not been used or damaged. The notification of the customer has to take place necessarily by e-mail info@delforge.com. At this moment, and provided that the aforesaid deadline is respected, the PLC Parfums de Namur will confirm by an e-mail the authorization of return, in the same secure conditions of the sending, by Taxipost or recommended, only at the address: Parfums Guy Delforge, 60 Route Merveilleuse 5000 Namur Belgium.

In the case of return, shipping charges are always paid by the customer. The PLC Parfums de Namur will make the repay of the product by transfer to the bank account of the customer with the IBAN number indicated in the e-mail of the customer at the moment of the notification of return. The repay will be made at the latest in 30 days from the date of the return of the intact restored product by Taxipost or by recommended, in the original packing. In the event of dispute, only the Court of Namur shall be deemed competent. All orders imply full compliance with the present conditions of sale.
